We do not ship frozen goods at this time. All frozen products must be picked up in-store.
2. In-Store Pickup
- Order pickups are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.
- Pickups can only be made during store hours. Please check our store hours before booking an appointment.
3. Local Direct Delivery
- We offer local direct delivery on an appointment or scheduled basis.
- Delivery times and dates will be arranged based on availability.
4. Delivery via Courier
- Orders shipped through a third-party courier are subject to the courier's policies and delivery timelines.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit, as this is the liability of the third-party courier.
- Customers are encouraged to track their orders and report any issues directly to the courier.
