We do not ship frozen goods at this time. All frozen products must be picked up in-store.

3. Local Direct Delivery

  • We offer local direct delivery on an appointment or scheduled basis.
  • Delivery times and dates will be arranged based on availability.

4. Delivery via Courier

  • Orders shipped through a third-party courier are subject to the courier's policies and delivery timelines.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit, as this is the liability of the third-party courier.
  • Customers are encouraged to track their orders and report any issues directly to the courier.
